The results of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations of 2022 have been published. The average pass rate is 85.95% across the country.
Education Minister Dipu Moni handed over the copies of results to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Wednesday morning.
After receiving the results, the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said girls had outperformed boys in the exams.
The pass rate was around 2.5 percent more among female students, the Premier added.
A total of 12,03,407 candidates took part in the examination under nine general education boards, madrasa board and technical education board.
Candidates can get their results online or through SMS, board officials said.
To get the results under general boards through SMS, candidates have to type HSC, the first three letters of the board name, followed by the candidate's roll number and the year, and send it to 16222.
Alternatively, the candidates can also get results from http://www.educationboardresults.gov.bd.
They can download individual result sheets by entering roll and registration number.
