Billionaire and Twitter owner Elon Musk said on Tuesday, that he will step down as the CEO of Twitter once when he identifies a successor, in response to a Twitter poll he created, in which millions of users wanted him to step down.
In a tweet, Musk said he would resign “as soon as I find someone foolish enough to take the job!”
Musk own Twitter since October 27 and has repeatedly courted controversy as CEO, sacking half of its staff, readmitting far-right figures to the platform, suspending journalists and trying to charge for previously free services.
