If you are unable to receive the call because of to being busy, WhatsApp will send a personalized message on your behalf.
As soon as you decline the call, a personalized message will be given to the person who called you in Whatsapp. An option will be added, which WhatsApp has named as `Reply`. As a result of this facility, you can choose the `reply` option if you cannot pick up the call at that time.
A few messages will show up on your phone after you choose the reply option. The message will be something like "I`m busy now," "Calling later," or "I`m in a meeting now."
Apart from this, you can customize the `reply` option as your own. As a result, you don`t have to go to the conversation box to send messages separately. Messages can be sent directly from the `Reply` option.
The company said that Android users can get this benefit. As of now, only those who are using the `beta version` of WhatsApp can get this benefit.
