Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan launched his first-ever real estate project, Shahrukhz Danube, at a star-studded event in Mumbai. The 56-storey commercial tower in Dubai’s prime Sheikh Zayed Road promises over 1 million sq ft of modern office and retail space.
The project, valued at ₹4,000 crore, features a helipad, swimming pool, 40+ amenities, and even a statue of SRK in his iconic open-arms pose. Prices for commercial units start from USD 460,000, targeting entrepreneurs and businesses.
Expressing his excitement, SRK said, “My mother would have been proud. This tower is for dreamers and achievers.” He also recreated his classic cinematic gestures, delighting fans at the launch.
Danube Group’s chairman Rizwan Sajan called it “a historic collaboration,” noting that it’s the first tower in the world named after a film actor. Construction is expected to complete in 3–4 years, making Shahrukhz Danube a landmark for business, culture, and Shah Rukh Khan’s global legacy.
