Bangladesh has made a remarkable achievement in "The Ultimate Glory - South Asian Pro-Boxing Fight Night,” one of the first of its kind in Bangladesh, by winning two fights out of three.
In three international fights, Bangladesh`s pro-boxer Mohammed Al Amin and lightweight champion Sur Krishna Chakma knocked out respectively Nepal`s welterweight champion, also six-time national champion Bharat Chand and lightweight champion, also five-time national champion Mahendra Bahadur Chad while India`s junior cruiserweight champion Harsh Gill out Bangladesh`s cruiserweight champion Hira Mia.
The winners of the three fights got Tk20,000 each as prize money while 11 local boxers got Tk5,000 each as purse money.
The Pro-Fight Night was held with the top six boxers from Bangladesh, India, and Nepal.
