On Friday, Rihanna released her first in six years, which is an emotional ballad tribute to the late actor Chadwick Boseman.
The soundtrack for the upcoming Marvel movie "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" includes "Lift Me Up," the Barbados-born singer's first brand-new song since her 2016 album "Anti."
The movie is a follow-up to "Black Panther," which broke box office records in 2018 and starred Boseman as King T'Challa.
This 34-year-old Grammy Award winner, who will perform at the Super Bowl halftime show in February, had teased the new track, in which she sings: "Lift me up / Hold me down / Keep me close / Safe and sound."
