General Waqar-uz-Zaman, Chief of the Bangladesh Army, paid a farewell visit to Professor Muhammad Yunus, Chief Adviser of the Interim Government.
According to the Chief Adviser`s Press Wing, the courtesy meeting took place at the Chief Adviser`s office in Tejgaon.
During the meeting, they exchanged cordial greetings and held brief discussions on various matters concerning ongoing responsibilities. The Chief Adviser expressed his sincere gratitude to the Army Chief for the military’s support during his tenure, particularly during the national parliamentary elections.
