Fire breaks out at a restaurant in Dhaka’s Uttara

A fire broke out at a restaurant in the capital‍‍`s Uttara on Friday morning.

The fire broke out at Love Leen restaurant around 10:45am, said Anwarul Islam, a warehouse inspector at the Fire Service and Civil Defence(FSCD) headquarters media cell.

Ten firefighting units from Uttara, Tongi, Baridhara, Kurmitola, and Siddiq Bazar are working to extinguish the blaze, he added.

The reason behind the fire could not be known immediately.
