The first year MBBS admission test for the academic year 2022-23 will be held next Friday (March 10). On Wednesday (March 8), the officials of the Department of Health Education informed the media about this information.
It is known that this examination will be held simultaneously in 19 centers across the country, including five in the capital. This one hour exam will start at 10 am.
Candidates must enter the examination center with the admit card, HSC or equivalent exam admit card or registration card before 9:30 am. No candidate will be allowed to enter the center after 9:30. Apart from this, it is strictly prohibited to enter the examination center with watches, mobiles or any other digital electronic devices.
Earlier, the application process for medical admission examination started on February 13 and ended on February 23. This time about 1 lakh 39 thousand applications have been submitted. They will enter the admission war for 10 thousand 518 seats in government and private.

The Directorate of Health Education has issued some instructions for the candidates including the entrance to the center of the candidates participating in the examination. Several instructions have been given to the candidates participating in the examination including entering the center before 9:30 am, canceling the answer sheet if the device is found in the examination hall, closing the coaching center, not covering both ears during the examination.
Instructions for candidates
Candidates participating in the MBBS admission test must enter the designated examination center before 9:30 am with admit card, HSC/equivalent exam admit card/registration card and refillable black ink ballpoint pen.
Cell phones, calculators, watches and other digital devices are prohibited from entering the examination hall. If the device is found or anyone is seen using any such device, his answer sheet will be considered invalid.
No candidate can cover both ears during the examination. Hall invigilators may direct the examinee to uncover the face if necessary for identification while signing the answer sheet.
According to the admit card, the signature should be given in the specified place of the answer sheet and the name should be written clearly. Writing anything other than filling the specified circles in the answer sheet and giving proper information in the indicated space is strictly prohibited and the answer sheet will be considered invalid.
Disciplinary action will be taken against the concerned candidate and his/her answer sheet will be canceled if the candidate is found misbehaving, creating disorder or taking help or helping others.
Candidates must follow the instructions and decisions of the Hall Inspector. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination room till the end of the examination and without the permission of the hall invigilator.
