President M Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of the Daily Janakantha’s editor and publisher Mohammad Atikullah Khan Masud.
In a message of condolence, the head of the state prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
Atikullah Khan Masud died at Evercare Hospital here this morning at the age of 71.
