10 Minute School, the online education platform launched in 2015 by Ayman Sadiq in Bangladesh, has been shut down indefinitely.
According to a post on their verified Facebook page, the platform stated, "Effective today (August 3), all live classes, revision classes, and offline classes at the English Centre of 10 Minute School will be paused indefinitely."
However, their existing educational videos will continue to be available on their website and YouTube channel.
This suspension comes amidst ongoing protests across the country.
On July 16, Startup Bangladesh Limited, the ICT Division`s flagship venture capital fund supported by the Bangladeshi government, also withdrew its planned Tk 5 crore investment in 10 Minute School, Bangladesh’s largest edtech platform.
