Sabeda or sapodilla is loved by one and all, especially children who relish its sweet taste and wonderful flavour.

A storehouse of nutrients, Sabeda, also known as safeda in Bangladesh, chikoo in India and Pakistan, is high in fiber which helps relieve constipation and has anti-inflammatory properties which could help with swelling and joint pain.
