The lowest temperature in Bangladesh was recorded this morning in Chuadanga, a minimum temperature of 9.3 degree Celsius. It has been recording the lowest temperature for three days in a row.
Cold weather is disrupting day-to-day life, disrupting movement due to poor visibility caused by dense fog. Due to this intense cold, poor are the worst sufferers.
According to Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD), moderate to thick fog may occur over the river.
“The existing temperature may rise a little from Sunday,” said Md Shahinul Islam, a meteorologist of BMD.
