Bangladeshi rock band Dads In The Park has released their latest music video, titled ‘Remembrance,’ on their official YouTube channel, on Saturday (June 19).
The funky music video features the group’s vocal Ishmam Salim Chowdhury, and guitarist Tajwar Ul Islam playing the song at a party.
The Report’s Showbiz team contacted the band’s guitarist Tajwar Ul Islam. When asked about the newly released track, Tajwar said: “This song is about how people, while going through tough times, tend to push their loved ones away. This song is the message to them that you gotta remember the ones that’ll be there for you regardless.”
“The video is somewhat an idea of a situation where the guy uses parties, music, people as a means of escaping but only realises that escapism is only temporary,” he added.
When asked about when they will release their debut album: “It’s not a part of our album because we’re not planning to release an album anytime soon. We’re gonna keep going with singles till we believe that we need an album.”
“We have 4 more singles recorded, waiting for their music videos to be released,” he also said.
Dads In The Park released their debut track ‘Lullaby’ on June 30, 2019. The track instantly received a lot of attention. Since then they have released two more singles-- Pareidolia and Afeenolove.
Their latest single ‘Remembrance’ is available to stream on YouTube, Spotify, Amazon, iTunes, Deezer, Saavn, GAAN, and Apple Music.
