Dhaka Water Supply And Sewerage Authority (Wasa) Managing Director Taqsem A Khan is back in the news again as he is set to go on a six-daya study tour, starting on October 7, to Japan.
He will be accompanying Local Government and Rural Development Minister Tajul Islam, his APS Mohammad Zahid Hossain Chowdhury and Wasa Executive Engineer Mohammad Badrul Alam.
An official notice says the Asian Development Bank will bear all the expenses of the visit, without detailing it.
