The Interim Government of Bangladesh didn‍‍`t shut down any media outlet.

The government firmly believes in free press and freedom of speech, said a press release of Chief Adviser‍‍`s Press Wing.

Earlier on Monday, the High Court has ordered private television channel Somoy TV to suspend its broadcast for seven days, following a preliminary hearing of a writ petition.
