Bangladesh Railway (BR) will begin selling tickets for the new train running the Dhaka-Cox`s Bazar route, the Cox`s Bazar Express from Thursday.
According to Shah Alam Kiron Shishir, divisional commercial officer (Dhaka division) of BR, "We will start selling tickets for December 1, 2, and 3 from 8:00am tomorrow online," he informed the media on Wednesdy.
On November 11, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina officially opened the recently built Chattogram-Cox`s Bazar rail route.
December 1 is when BR plans to start operating the intercity train.
