The government has announced new fuel prices for the upcoming month of August. According to the latest decision, the prices of diesel, octane, petrol and kerosene will remain unchanged in August.
The Energy and Mineral Resources Division disclosed the information in a notification issued on Thursday.
The notification said the retail prices of diesel will remain at Tk115 per litre, octane at Tk145 per litre, petrol at Tk140 per litre and kerosene at Tk135 per litre.
The ministry said the new directive will come into effect from August 1.
