Sixth public circular issued for recruitment of over 100,000 teachers

The Non-Government Teachers‍‍` Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has published its 6th public circular to recruit 100,822 teachers in MPO-enrolled educational institutions across Bangladesh.

The online application process will begin on June 22 and will remain open until midnight on July 10.

According to the circular signed by NTRCA member Md. Shahadat Hossain, the maximum eligible age for applicants has been set based on the date of publication of the final results of the 18th Teacher Registration Examination, which is June 4.

Applicants must be 35 years old or younger as of this date. The validity of the teacher registration certificate will also be counted from June 4, with a three-year expiration period.

The circular states that 100,822 MPO-listed (Monthly Pay Order) positions will be filled under this recruitment drive.

Of these, 46,211 positions are available in schools and colleges, 53,501 in madrasas, and 1,110 in technical and business management institutions.

Each applicant can apply to a maximum of 40 preferred institutions from the published vacancy list.

The application fee is 1,000 BDT, and candidates must apply through the NTRCA and Teletalk websites. Applications will be rejected if the fee is not submitted.

The circular strictly warns that providing false information will lead to the cancellation of the recommendation and legal action against the candidate.

Furthermore, if any institution fails to issue an appointment letter to the recommended candidate within the stipulated time, the NTRCA may suspend or cancel the MPO facilities for the head of the institution, and take necessary steps to dissolve the managing committee or governing body.

The NTRCA also clarified that the vacant positions were collected through Upazila Secondary Education Officers and District Education Officers based on the submissions from the heads of the respective institutions.

Therefore, NTRCA will not be held responsible for any complications arising from errors in the reported vacancies.
