Aspirants who are waiting for the result of 43rd BCS formed human chain protesting the non-cadre circular of the 43rd BCS, stating it was ridiculous and unfair.
On Saturday, candidates formed a human chain at the Central Shaheed Minar, demanding that the present circular be cancelled and that cadre and non-cadre results be published separately.
