The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has imposed a restriction prohibiting anyone other than Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) candidates and exam-related personnel from entering within 200 yards of examination centers during the upcoming HSC exams.
The directive, signed by DMP Commissioner Sheikh Mohammad Sajjat Ali, was announced on Monday through a public notice.
According to the notification, the 2025 HSC, HSC (Vocational), HSC (BM/BMT), Diploma in Commerce, and Alim examinations are scheduled to begin on June 26 at various centers across Dhaka.
To ensure a fair and peaceful examination environment, the DMP exercised its ordinance powers to restrict public access within the specified distance of all exam venues.
The restriction will remain in effect on exam days from June 26 until the conclusion of the examination period.
