The newly published results of the scholarship of fifth grader students across the country have been postponed.
Due to a technical error in the software, some data errors were detected and the result was postponed.
An instruction has been sent from the Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) in this regard.
On Tuesday (February 28) afternoon, immediately after the publication of the results of the scholarship by the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, the DPE gave instructions to suspend it.
DPE Director (Training) Uttam Kumar Das told the media that the result of the scholarship based on the annual exam of class five students has been declared but it has been postponed due to technical problems.
Currently, the correction works are underway. The revised results will be released tomorrow (Wednesday), he added.
Hours after a media report appeared that a student who didn’t appear in the Primary Scholarship Examination held in 2022 got scholarship under the general grade in Kurigram, the authorities have taken such action.
