Several countries are going to recognise the Taliban government including China, Russia, Pakistan and Turkey.
UK media Daily Mail reported that the four nations have already taken preparation to accept the Taliban that came to Afghan power ousting democratic president Ashraf Ghani.
Earlier on Sunday (August 15), the radical Islamist group declared ‘end of war’ after taking control of the president palace in the capital Kabul.
Reports in Chinese media said, the ruling Communist Party of China is going to acknowledge the Taliban.
A nine-member Taliban delegation met Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi last month when Beijing termed the terrorist group as a ‘pivotal military force and political party’ in Central Asia.
Besides, when the turmoil condensed in Kabul last week the Kremlin declared that it has no plan to relocated Russian Embassy in the Afghan capital.
Taliban assured the employees of Russian diplomatic mission in Kabul of safety, Russian media reports.
“We have strong relations with Moscow. Besides, ensuring safety of all foreign missions is a principle of the Taliban’s ideological stance,” Taliban spokesperson Suhail Shahin told AP news.
Islamabad has been accused of patronising the Taliban for longtime. Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Sunday said, the ‘shackle of slavery’ in Afghanistan has been dismantled.
On the other hand Turkey president Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared to work with Pakistan to stabilize the political situation in Afghanistan.
He said, stability in Afghanistan is a must for Ankara. Because, the termination of power in Kabul displaced thousands of Afghan nationals who are intruding Turkey through Iran, Erdogan said.
He sought global initiative to tackle the wave of refugees.
