Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) A.M.M. Nasir Uddin has said that all preparations for the presidential election have been completed. Voting will take place tomorrow (Thursday) from 2pm to 5pm.
The CEC made the announcement today (Wednesday).
He said election officials would announce the results immediately after voting ends, following which the results would be published in the official gazette.
We want to conduct this historic election in a transparent manner, the CEC said. The whole world is watching this election.
