The death toll from the tragic Bangladesh Air Force jet crash at Milestone School and College in Uttara, Dhaka, has risen to 31, according to an official update.
A total of 165 people are currently receiving treatment at various hospitals after sustaining injuries in the incident.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Directorate confirmed the updated figures in a statement issued on Tuesday afternoon.
Earlier on the day, Special Assistant to the Chief Advisor Professor Dr. Sayedur Rahman said, 27 people died, with 78 others currently undergoing treatment at various hospitals—many of them in critical condition.
However, the latest ISPR report shows some 165 injured are currently undergoing treatment at various hospitals.
