Arsenal reach Champions League final

Arsenal reached the UEFA Champions League final after beating Atletico Madrid 2-1 on aggregate in the semi-final.
A second-half goal from Bukayo Saka proved enough to send Arsenal into their first Champions League final in 20 years.
After a 1-1 draw in the first leg, the return match in London remained tight for long periods, with both teams struggling to create clear chances.
Saka scored shortly before halftime after goalkeeper Jan Oblak failed to hold a shot from Leandro Trossard.
Atletico pushed for an equaliser in the second half, but Arsenal’s defence held firm with key interventions from Declan Rice and Gabriel Magalhaes.

Manager Mikel Arteta guided Arsenal past the semi-finals after the club was eliminated at the same stage last season.
Arsenal will now face either Bayern Munich or Paris Saint-Germain in the final in Budapest on May 30.
The English club will be aiming to win Europe’s top club trophy for the first time in its history.
