The court fixed November 21 to conduct charge framing hearing against the accused including BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir in sabotage case which was filed with Paltan police station in 2018.
Judge Fatema Ferdous of additional metropolitan session court 5 passed the order on Sunday (September 19).
Earlier on the day Mirza Fkahrul and other accused appeared before the court.
