In his remarks, Vice-Chancellor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan stated, “Human existence is closely tied to the environment. We must raise awareness to protect biodiversity and prevent environmental pollution. Everyone has a role to play in preserving our environment from their respective positions.”

He further noted, “Following the July student-people uprising, new possibilities have emerged for our nation. We must seize this opportunity to collectively set examples of positive change.” He urged students and teachers to remain engaged in environmental protection efforts throughout the year.
