Chief Adviser of the interim government Dr Muhammad Yunus is scheduled to hold discussions with seven more political parties on Tuesday (September 2). The meeting will take place at 5 pm at the state guesthouse Jamuna.
The Chief Adviser’s Press Wing confirmed the development in a statement on Monday (September 1). However, it did not disclose the names of the political parties invited to the talks.
This comes a day after Dr Yunus held meetings with three parties — the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, and the National Citizen’s Party (NCP) — on Sunday (August 31).
