Election Commissioner Md Anisur Rahman has announced the dates for the Parliamentary elections.
The EC has said that the National Assembly elections will be held by the end of December or the first week of January this year.
He informed this to journalists at Nirbachon Bhaban in Dhaka on Sunday.
The EC said that the work of determining the boundaries of the election area will be finalized within the month of June.
