In the 12th parliament, Jatiya Party chairman GM Quader will lead the opposition, with Chattogram-5 lawmaker Anisul Islam Mahmud serving as deputy leader.
The parliament secretariat issued a gazette in this regard today.
According to the gazette, Speaker Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury designated Quader and Anisul as opposition and deputy leader, respectively.
