Popular US musicians Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton got married on Saturday (July 3). Blake, 45, and Gwen, 51, had a small yet intimate wedding ceremony at Blake’s home property in Oklahoma, according to recent press reports.
Famous singers like Miley Cyrus and Adam Levine were supposed to perform at their wedding but those plans were changed due to the ongoing pandemic.
Shelton and Stefani got engaged in October 2020 after five years relationship. The two first met back in 2014 when Stefani became a judge on the popular reality show ‘The Voice.’ Blake has been a judge on the NBC show since its first season back in 2014.
Blake was married to fellow US country singer Miranda Lambert, 37, for four years but the former couple separated in July 2015. Gwen was married to Bush singer Gavin Rossdale, 55, in 2002 after seven years of dating. She filed for divorce in August 2015.
Gwen and Blake bonded in the wake of their divorces and the couple's friendship eventually blossomed into love.
