The intricate gold jewellery worn by actress Rashmika Mandanna at her wedding to actor Vijay Deverakonda took nearly 10 months to design and create, according to the jewellery house behind the collection.
SHREE Jewellers, which crafted the custom-made ornaments for the celebrity wedding, said the project involved months of consultations, design planning, customisation, production and multiple fitting sessions before the final pieces were ready.
Rashmika and Vijay tied the knot in Udaipur on February 26, 2026. While photographs from the ceremony quickly went viral, the bride`s elaborate jewellery drew particular attention from fans and jewellery enthusiasts.
The bridal collection consisted of 11 handcrafted gold ornaments, including a layered choker, traditional harams, jhumkas, a jada billa (hair ornament), champasaralu, hathphool, mathapatti, nose pin, bangles, a bajuband, waist belt and anklets.
According to SHREE Jewellers, the designs were inspired by South Indian temple architecture. The collection was created to give Rashmika a regal, goddess-inspired look, while Vijay`s jewellery was designed to reflect the appearance of a traditional king.
Among the standout pieces was a layered Lakshmi rani haar featuring multiple strands, four paisley-shaped pendants and a central Goddess Lakshmi motif. Rashmika also wore a gold pearl choker with a large pendant, intricately crafted peacock jhumkas and an ornate gold hair ornament with cascading chains.
The jeweller later shared photographs of the collection on Instagram, saying every piece had been handcrafted with a focus on preserving traditional artistry.
SHREE Jewellers also designed Vijay Deverakonda`s wedding jewellery, incorporating elephant and tiger motifs symbolising wisdom and strength, alongside floral patterns and traditional Nakshi engraving.
His wedding accessories included gold ear studs, short and long necklaces, a wrist cuff, an arm cuff, ankle kadas and a ring worn on his little finger.
