Popular Dhallywood couple Moushumi and Omar Sani celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary at their home today (Monday, August 2). Omar Sani posted the wholesome photos of their home celebration on his verified Facebook profile today.
The Dhallywood hero wrote that he wishes to spend his life with his beloved wife till death.
Arifa Pervin Zaman (born November 3, 1973), is better known by her stage name Moushumi, is a popular Bangladeshi film actor and director. She won Bangladesh National Film Award for ‘Best Actress’ three times for her roles in Meghla Akash (2001), Devdas (2013) and Taarkata (2014). She has acted in over 150 films and made her acting debut in the blockbuster film ‘Keyamat Theke Keyamat’ in 1993. She made her directorial debut with ‘Kokhono Megh Kokhono Brishti’ (2003).
In 1996, she took a break for six months from acting and got married to Dhallywood superstar Omar Sani.
The couple first met while working on the film ‘Dola’ (1994), directed by Montazur Rahman Akbar.
The couple has two children.
