As many as 89 more people have died of coronavirus across the country in last 24 hours.
The total number of fatalities now stands at 26 thousand 15.
Some 3 thousand 948 cases were reported within the same period taking the tally to 14 lakh 93 thousand 537.
A regular health bulletin issued by the Directorate General of the Health Services (DGHS) reveals the data on Sunday (August 29).
The first coronavirus case in the country was reported on March 8 last year. The first death was reported 10 days later on March 18.
Among the 89 deceased, 41 were men and 48 were women. Of them, three were between 21-30, five were between 31-40, 15 were between 41-50, 16 were between 51-60, and 50 were above 60 years old, added the release.
