Mass vaccination drive: Bangladesh rolls out second dose

Bangladesh has started to roll the second dose of Covid-19 vaccines for the masses. The mass inoculation has kicked off Thursday (October 28) and will last for a day.

Vaccines will be administered from 9 am till 3 pm. This information has been disclosed by the Department of Health.  

According to the Department of Health, the mass inoculation drive with the second dose is being conducted on Thursday (October 28) as part of a special Covid-19 vaccination campaign held across the country on September 28th on the occasion of the 75th birth anniversary of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. 

Only the second dose of coronavirus vaccine will be administered in this special Covid-19 vaccination campaign running across all city corporations, municipalities and upazilas of the country.
