Dhaka to Experience Low Gas Pressure for 12 Hours Due to Maintenance Work

Residents of Dhaka and its outskirts may face low gas pressure for 12 hours, from 6 PM on Wednesday (April 2) to 6 AM on Thursday (April 3), due to urgent maintenance work at the Aminbazar DRS, according to Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC.

The affected areas in Dhaka Metropolitan include Aminbazar, Mirpur, both sides of Mirpur Road, Shyamoli, Adabor, Agargaon, Mohammadpur, Lalmatia, Dhanmondi, Hazaribagh, Kamrangirchar, and parts of Keraniganj, from Kholamura to Kalatia and Hazratpur. Additionally, Hatirpool, Farmgate, Azimpur, New Market, Lalbagh, Shahbagh, and surrounding areas will also experience low pressure.

The disruption will similarly impact residents in Savar and Hemayetpur.

Titas Gas PLC has expressed regret for the temporary inconvenience and assured that the maintenance work is essential for ensuring better service.
