Chief Guest’s Speech Tanveer A Mishuk, Managing Director of Naqd said, I am very happy to participate in this event. I will tell you something from my own experience. You know, we’re just looking for opportunities to grow. I want to change my luck with a lottery of 10 rupees. But the difference doesn’t have to be taken all the time, it has to be worked for. I think in business you can only be successful if you can solve the problems around you. If you can solve problems rather than inventing many ideas, you will be successful. Cash has worked to solve people’s problems.

He also said that when we started cash, many people said that 17 banks have invested hundreds of crores of rupees in doing mobile banking. But I said we’ll make it easy. I have seen a two page form to open a mobile banking account, I have done it three times myself. I tried to solve this problem. The account is opened by providing a selfie and national identity card photo. We have made this change. Now we have more than 6 crore cash customers.

JCI Dhaka Chapter President Niaz Morshed Elite presided over the event. He said that JCI Bangladesh believes in young leadership. We are working to change that. Currently there are five thousand members of JCI in Bangladesh. All of whom are successful in their respective fields. JCI works with young people who are committed to change society. Those who believe I can, we can.

JCI recognizes individuals/organizations (entrepreneurs) who are making invaluable contributions to the social and economic development of Bangladesh. The day-long expo showcased around 70 different brands, most of which were run by JCI Bangladesh members. Other reputed brand entrepreneurs also participated in the expo.
