Interim Government’s Chief Adviser, Dr. Muhammad Yunus, has urged the nation to strengthen unity in his speech after the Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at the National Eidgah.
He stated, "Today is a day to build unity. We must maintain the closeness and solidarity we have developed and move forward together. We will surely fulfill the dreams of those who have sacrificed for the country. We will build a new Bangladesh, InshaAllah."
Dr. Yunus further emphasized, "Eid is a day of overcoming distances, a day of love and harmony. We hope this unity remains permanent and that the nation progresses collectively."
At the end of his speech, he extended Eid greetings to everyone present at the Eidgah.
