In the past 24 hours, one more person has died of dengue, while 633 patients across the country were admitted to hospitals.
The information was released on Tuesday in a press statement from the Health Emergency Operation Center and Control Room of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
According to the DGHS statement, of the 633 patients admitted in the past 24 hours, 82 were in Barishal division (outside city corporations), 86 in Chattogram division (outside city corporations), 126 in Dhaka division (outside the capital), 136 in Dhaka North City Corporation, 81 in Dhaka South City Corporation, 47 in Khulna division (outside city corporations), 40 in Mymensingh division (outside city corporations), 23 in Rajshahi division (outside city corporations), 6 in Rangpur division (outside city corporations), and 6 in Sylhet division (outside city corporations).
