Former President Donald Trump has issued a strong condemnation of violence against minorities in Bangladesh, while also critiquing the administration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in a Diwali message.

“I condemn the barbaric violence against Hindus, Christians, and other minorities who are being attacked and looted by mobs in Bangladesh, which is currently in chaos,” Trump posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.

He added, “Such events would never have occurred during my presidency.”

Trump claimed that the Biden-Harris administration has neglected Hindus both globally and in the U.S., calling their leadership a disaster on issues from Israel and Ukraine to border security. He emphasized a commitment to "Make America Strong Again" and restore peace through strength.

“We will protect Hindu Americans from the anti-religious agenda of the radical left. We will stand up for your freedom. My administration will enhance our partnership with India and my good friend, Prime Minister Modi.”

He criticized Kamala Harris, claiming she would harm small businesses with increased regulations and taxes, contrasting this with his record of cutting taxes, reducing regulations, and boosting the economy. “We will achieve even greater success and Make America Great Again,” he stated.

He concluded his message with, “Happy Diwali to all! May the Festival of Lights symbolize the triumph of good over evil.”

As the election campaign heats up, both Vice President Harris and Trump are intensively campaigning in the seven key swing states that will likely determine the election outcome.
