Bangladesh Army Chief General Waker-Uz-Zaman has departed for the Czech Republic and Slovakia on a five-day official visit. He left Dhaka on Sunday (June 28).
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Army Chief is scheduled to meet with senior defence officials and other key stakeholders in the Czech Republic and Slovakia during the visit.
The meetings are aimed at strengthening bilateral defence relations and enhancing cooperation between Bangladesh and the two European countries.
