Country’s noted music director Anwar Jahan Nantu has died in the capital at 3am on Monday.
He passed away while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in the city.
He was 78 years old. He was suffering from liver cirrhosis.
His namaz-e-janaza will be held at Moghbazar Boro Masjid after Zuhr prayer.
