Popular band Joler Gaan is set to hold a concert at The Attention Network, Dhaka Trade Centre in the capital`s Karwan Bazar on November 22.
Titled ‘Moner Anonde Joler Gaan’, the concert, organised by Noor`s Event, will be held from 6 to 8 pm.
The announced line-up for this special concert consists Kanak Aditya, Rana Sarwar, Md Masum Mia, Mallik Yishorja, Habibullah Farhan, Sutradhar Arjun, Innima Roshni Himi and Delowar Hossain Shuvo.
Interestingly, the event did not mention Rahul Ananda, the frontman of the band, whose Dhanmondi 32 house suffered an arson attack and vandalism on August 5, following the ouster of the Awami League regime.

Founded as an independent folk band in 2006, Joler Gaan is widely revered for popularizing Bangla folk songs among the young audiences through their energetic performances over the years. “Bokul Phool,” “Emon Jodi Hoto,” “Jhora Patar Gaan,” “Ei Pagol” etc are some of the band`s popular songs.
