BNP started meeting with the like-minded parties to carry out the final program of the one-point movement to bring down the government.
On Wednesday night, leaders of the 12-party alliance, the Nationalist Like-minded Alliance and the Labor Party met separately at the chairperson`s office of BNP in Gulshan.
In these three meetings, acting chairman of BNP Tarique Rahman joined the leaders on Skype from London.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Standing Committee Member Nazrul Islam Khan and Vice Chairman Abdul Awal Mintu were present in the meetings among others.
BNP started a simultaneous movement from December 10 last year to turn down the Awami League led government, with its like-minded alliance Ganatantra Mancha, 12-party alliance, Nationalist Samamana Jota, Democratic Left Unity, LDP, Labor Party, NDM etc.
