Dhallywood Actor Mousumi said that her husband actor Omar Sani had humiliated actor Zayed Khan and her.
She said: "I don`t know, why Sani is saying so. Zayed is a polite person. He never disrespected or disturbed me."
"By claiming so, Sani is humiliating us both. Zayed respects me and I also like him as a junior. I don`t think that he disturbed me," she added.
The actor came up with the statement on Monday, three days after Sani and Zayed engaged in a confrontation during the wedding ceremony of Monoar Hossain Dipjol’s son.
Sani said, he slapped Zayed following unforeseen behavior with Mousumi. Zayed threatened to shoot him (Sani) with a pistol.
And finally on Sunday, Omar Sani filed a written complaint with the Bangladesh Film Artistes` Association (BFAA) against Zayed.
According to the complaint, Zayed Khan has been trying to break up their happy family for four months. He has been disturbing and harassing Sani’s wife Mousumi in various ways at different times.
Sani requested the BFAA president Ilias Kanchan to take necessary steps against Zayed Khan.
However, denying the allegation Zayed said, the entire allegation is false and fabricated. “You will know the truth if you talk to Mousumi.”
In such circumstances, Sani`s wife Mousumi issued the message to the media saying: "Whatever happened, was a family matter and we should solve it through conversation among us. The issue should not go to the media."
Addressing journalists, she said: "You published whatever you got. Before making news, you should take my statement."
She finally reassured that Zayed did nothing to her.
