Following demands from candidates, the Chittagong University Central Students’ Union (CUCSU) and hall union elections have been postponed by three days.
Election Commission Secretary Professor A.K.M. Foriful Haque Siddique announced at a press conference on Tuesday that the polls originally scheduled for 12 October will now take place on 15 October.
As a result, the rescheduled ChakSU election will now be held just a day after the Rajshahi University Central Students’ Union (RUCSU) election in October.
