Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Thursday morning left New Delhi for Ajmer to offer prayers at Khwaja Gharib Nawaz Dargah Sharif on the last day of her India visit.
“The Prime Minister will offer nafal prayers and munajat, seeking the development, prosperity and welfare of the country, its people and for the entire Muslim ummah,” PM’s Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim said.
A VVIP flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the premier left Palam Airport, New Delhi for Jaipur International Airport at 9:12am.
The flight is expected to arrive at Rajasthan at about 10am.
Ihasnul Karim said that the prime minister will spent some time offering Fateha and munajat at the Khwaja Gharib Nawaz Dargah Sharif, the mazar (shrine) of Sufi Moinuddin Chishti.
Later, Hasina will go around the Ajmer Dargah Sharif.
