Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader has stated that the second phase of upazila elections was conducted peacefully, indicating satisfaction with the turnout as well.
Speaking at a press conference regarding the voting process for the second phase of upazila elections on Tuesday afternoon (May 21), the Minister mentioned the peaceful nature of the elections. He also made note of the satisfactory voter turnout.
During the conference, he painted a picture of the BNP`s rule, saying, "No elections have been held under the BNP`s governance, except for bloodshed."
