After a long discussion and much speculation, some 19 groups have agreed that there should not be any bar to releasing Hindi movies in Bangladesh.
This came as they held the discussion at the Bangladesh Film Development Corporation (BFDC) on Sunday afternoon.
Ilias Kanchan, president of the Bangladesh Film Artistes' Association, also attested to the development.
The previous committees of the association always opposed the import of Indian movies. But the current committee thinks the opposite, considering the overall situation.
